We provide 30 days labor warranty in all hardware issues we fix. Even though we can not provide any warranty on virus/malware/spyware issues, we will reinstall Windows OS in case the hard drive becomes defective within 30 days. This only in case of hardware malfunctioning, not in case of abuse. (Computer or laptop being dropped or liquid spilled)

We can visit our customers at their home or business. We understand sometimes it is inconvienent for our clients to bring their equipment to the shop. The rates are as follow:
Residential: 80$the first hour. Each additional 1/2 an hour is 40$. (1 hour minimum charge)
Business: 100$the first hour. Each additional 1/2 hour is 50$. (1 hour minimum charge)
In both situations, there is a 50$ travel fee which will be waived if the job is done by our technicians.
Customers can purchase block of service hours in advance. This gives our customers the chance to get an extra discount rather than paying the regular rate fee. Please call us for details.
COMPUTER AND LAPTOP REPAIR TIP
We are always tempted in downloading free stuff. (Music, videos, pictures, etc)
What the majority of us are not aware of is that this is how viruses and/or malware/spyware programs get installed in our computers.
Some are more dangerous than others. Some will just load lots of pop-ups, making our lives miserable while we try to browse the internet. Others will try to steal our personal information which will result in a big problem.
There are some free programs that customers can use to help remove these unwanted programs. If it has reached a point where they can not be easily removed, count on us on taking care of the problem.
The best way to clean a virus, specially if it is a dangerous one, is to back up the important data (if needed), and then format the hard drive to reinstall the operating system.
Once the computer has been restored to factory defaults, the data will be moved back to its original location.
